Japan Rail Pass

The JAPAN RAIL PASS is a special ticket that is available only to travellers visiting Japan from foreign countries for sight-seeing. This ticket is not available for purchase in Japan so you must buy your ticket before you travel.
The Japan Rail Pass allows you unlimited travel on all JR trains across Japan including the Shinkansen Bullet Trains (except Nozomi). For more information, visit the official website here.

If you cannot come into the office in central London to pick them up we will send them to you by Special Delivery which costs £5 and needs to be signed for. Our address is:

If you pay by Visa, MasterCard, JCB or Amex there will be a 2% surcharge. Debit cards are accepted free of charge so we'd rather you used a debit card to give you more money to spend in Japan!

On arriving in Japan your JR Pass Exchange Order can be exchanged for a JR Pass at most major stations including both terminals of Tokyo Narita International Airport and Osaka Kansai International Airport.

JR Pass Exchange Orders are valid for 3 months from the date of issue so we cannot issue Exchange Orders more than 3 months before the date you first want to use them.

Due to currency fluctuations, the exchange rate is recalculated on the 1st of every month so prices can change.
