ViaJapan Japan Rail Pass Exchange Order Request Form

These Exchange Orders can only be issued outside of Japan and are only valid for temporary visitors to Japan. Once you arrive in Japan, on presentation of your passport and the Exchange Order, you will receive your Japan Rail Pass which will allow you to actually travel. This can be done at many JR Stations including those in Tokyo Narita and Osaka airports.
Exchange Orders must be exchanged within 3 months of issue. If you are departing within 7 days of your order please call us on 020 7484 3337 so that we can deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.

Payment is accepted in person in our office in central London, by cheques sent to our office address or over the telephone using credit or debit cards. I'm afraid that payment by credit cards will incur a 2% surcharge (4% for Diners Club Cards)
so we prefer to accept debit cards to give you more money to spend when you are enjoying Japan!
